Waking up the Hero

An ode to you the participant,

Welcome to stepping into a space of safety, of togetherness with strangers only a short while away from becoming a friend. Each person has a story, a history, a family.

In all of your life there is only one moment like this moment, and in this moment there is only one.

Here we stand, supported by the earth and the sky.

We find ourselves in the middle and together we explore. Everything we do is open and relaxed. You are invited to participate and respect each human next to you, like you respect yourself.

Each one, here for a reason, your intention to be made clear. Clear enough not to feel overwhelmed, or the need to distract or take away from someone else.

I hope you will be able to take with you a knowing that there is a gentle way to work with courage. You are not alone. You can question, and ask a higher, inner teacher for help that is always there with you.

I thank you deeply for being here and sharing in this with me. May your courage grow as acts from the heart, so you may fulfil those hearts wishes, in every conversation, and be happy and more peace with yourself and the world around you.
