Part 1: Grounded Connection & Team Play
The first half of the workshop focuses on grounding and team connection through guided movement and playful interaction. Using accessible yoga-based stretches and acro-inspired partner exercises, participants build trust, co-regulation, and balance. Theatre-based team games are introduced to develop non-verbal communication, creative thinking, and responsive leadership — all in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Part 2: Expression & Team Uplift
The second half shifts into team expression and support. Participants move through collaborative group activities that build presence and confidence, including energising affirmations, vocal interaction, and shared reflection. The session closes with a structured but light group sharing to integrate the experience — leaving the team energised, aligned, and uplifted.
