In 2016, I started a deep healing journey and this changed the way I moved, ate, and related to my body.


With Michelle Mace’s detox plan, I applied it in my life especially someone struggling with polycystic ovaries, hormonal imbalance, and allergies. The juicing, conscious eating, and moving away from all chemical products, practicing yoga, mindfulness, and natural healing for nearly a decade has completely changed how I experience life.

Every Wednesday morning, I would like to offer a revitalizing 1-hour yoga session from home (for now), specifically designed to support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, and connection to your body.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You just need to show up as you are.

Each session includes:

🍏 A fresh apple & ginger shot to awaken digestion
🧘‍♀️ A 1-hour yoga class focused on hormonal balance
🌿 Tools, breathing techniques, and gentle lifestyle guidance to support your well-being

I’m a certified 200H ISHTA yoga teacher and a learner of holistic wellness, with a focus on women’s health, detox support, movement, and mindfulness.
